Answer: Keila city government's working hours are Mon, Wed, Thu 8-16.30, Tue 8-18.30 and Fri 8-14. Since city government officials work longer on Tuesdays in order to receive people outside normal working hours, the working hours of the officials are shorter on Fridays.
