An application must be submitted to Keila City Government to stop organized waste transport (no life activity, etc.). A request can be submitted in the SPOKU environment. Attach documents to the application that prove the non-use of the property. The maximum period of suspension is five years.
In exceptional cases, it is possible to exempt the property from the obligation to have a biodegradable waste container. Exemption can be applied for properties where a closed composter is used for composting biodegradable kitchen and canteen waste.

The maximum volume of one bulk waste transport is up to 5m3. Transport is free.
Indicate what you want to transfer and the approximate amount, address and phone. You will then be contacted and a time will be agreed when the car can be picked up.
You will find out the exact date of the bulk waste transport service when placing an order. The transport takes place within two weeks. According to the waste management regulations of the city of Keila, the generation of domestic waste outside the container is not allowed! As a special feature, large waste or construction-demolition debris can be placed next to the container for a period of time previously agreed with the waste carrier, with the consideration that this waste must be removed no later than the by 5pm on the following working day.
Keila's waste station is located in the immediate neighborhood of the sewage treatment plant at Uus-Paldiski tee 6.
WASTE PLANT
Separately collected household waste - electronics, medicines, large household appliances, paints, oils, paper and cardboard, packaging, old tires, textiles - can be taken to Keila Jäätmejaam. The new waste station has a garbage compactor, which makes it possible to easily dispose of large packaging waste. Bring an ID card with you, because based on this, the bringer's place of residence is checked with the accuracy of the local government. For residents of the city of Keila, the delivery of many different types of waste is free of charge.

Makrokapital OÜ WASTE COLLECTION POINT Tehase tn.5
After the opening of the new waste station, Makrokapital OÜ Keilas Tehase 5 will continue to receive construction waste, ethernet, tires, paper, packaging.
According to OÜ Makrokapital's price list, the following types of waste are accepted
– Construction waste 25 EUR/ m³
– Asbestos (eternite) 40 EUR/m³
– Large waste (200307) 25 EUR/m3
Collection containers are equipped with waste codes.

The Keila City Council approved the draft waste plan for the new period of the city of Keila. The waste plan has been prepared for the years 2021-2026, the public exhibition took place from May 3 to May 30, 2021. The plan consists of the main part and appendices, giving an overview of the legal basis of waste management, a description of the state of waste management, and the impact of the implementation of the waste plan on the environment. Activities for the years 2021-2026 are described in the action plan of the main part.
When preparing the waste plan, the provisions of the current national waste plan, the Waste Act and other waste management legislation are taken into account, the activities for the years 2021-2026 are described in the main part of the action plan.
The public discussion of the waste plan was held on June 8, 2021 in the Keila City Hall.
