Keila City Government started cooperation with the billing platform Bill.me.
New opportunities have now opened up for the use of modern and environmentally friendly technologies. Kindergarten and music school bills can be received in the Bill.me environment from August 2020.
What is Bill.me?
Bill.me is a modern and efficient environment for receiving, viewing and paying bills. The platform fully complies with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) requirements and the highest standards of electronic payment security.
What options does Bill.me offer?
A private person using the Bill.me environment can access all the features and benefits of the platform immediately after registration.
Bill.me enables:
send monthly invoices in one environment (invoices do not disappear and do not go to spam)
get an online overview of paid and unpaid invoices
view the invoice archive (the platform stores all previous invoices)
pay bills with one click (using a payment card)*
pay bills by automatic payment (automatic payment with exact amount)*
send notifications and exchange information (up-to-date information on your personal desktop)
all the features and benefits of the platform are also available in the Bill.me mobile app for Android and iOS.
Thanks to the agreement reached between the city government and the development company Bill.me, registration and use of the platform is free.
*A service fee of 2% of the invoice amount is charged only if the invoice is paid directly with a payment card in the Bill.me environment.
From August 1, 2020, invoices for the kindergarten and music school will be sent from the e-mail address with the registration link info.ee@bill.me
You can get access by registering via the link Bill.me the environment. This means that from 01.08.2020, all customers who joined Bill.me can view invoices from the Bill.me environment/mobile application.
